Before and Afterschool Club - Registration & Agreement
Bookings - Initially a registration and agreement form must be completed indicating the required days, If we cannot offer a place we can place your child to a waiting list.
We currently only provide term time child care. The Out of School club will be closed on teacher training days and in the case of any emergency school closure.
Breakfast club is from 7:45am to 8:30am. Breakfast is served between 7:50am and 8:05am. Children are taken to their classes at 8:30am.
After school club runs from 3:10pm to 6:00pm. A snack is served to the children at about 4:00pm. The after school club is also able to accommodate children who have attended a teacher led club in school once they have finished.
Nursery Application Form
Corby Primary Academy Nursery opened in September 2017. We are able to offer full and part-time places for 40 morning sessions and 40 afternoon sessions per day. Children are eligible to start in our nursery the term after their third birthday.
Admissions for 3 & 4-year-olds take place in September, January and April pending available places. Closing dates for applications are as follows:
For September admission: 31st March, (allocations made May)
For January admission: 31st August, (allocations made November)
For April admission: 31st December, (allocations made February)
Any applications received after these dates will be classed as a late application, and we will only be able to offer a place if any spaces are still available after initial allocations are processed.
You will be notified by email once allocations are processed to inform you if we are/are not able to allocate your child a place, and to give you the option of remaining on our waiting list.
Children that are allocated a place will be notified of a ‘Transition Day’ when your child can visit the nursery with you, and meet the staff and get a feel for their new surroundings.
Applications are not considered on a first come, first served basis but are allocated according to the Nursery's Admission Policy which can be found HERE

Medical Form for pupil medicines to be administered in school
Please complete the medical form if you would like us to administer medication prescribed by your child’s doctor. One form to be completed for each medication and only prescribed medication needing to be taken four times or more a day can be administered in school. The school will only administer one dose during the school day.
The only exception to this will be where a child is in both breakfast and after school club in which case we will administer (once) if prescribed to be given 3 times or more per day.
Administration of Long Term Medicines
This form is for pupils that need to take their own medication during the day for long term medical conditions. E.G. Asthma, Diabetes, Epilepsy, Allergies etc.
